Very nice staff. Lot of information available over the phone from knowledable people. No hard sell. Plumber who came fixed my problem and made some great suggestions. I am a new owner and he explained the heating system to me. Previous owners used them. Their sticker was on the boiler. They really seem to know their stuff. Cleaned up after himself. The owners have been in the area a long time and see their trucks all over. I would definitely use them again. Then I saw their rating in Angie's List and they won an award from Angie's List for having an A rating.

After another plumber tried to sell me a whole new heating system Mr Billharz came in and told me that i only need a forty dollar part and got me heat within an hour I cant say thank you enough times for being honest with me
