This place is awesome, the staff is amazing. If they don't have a product they'll point you in the direction of a place that does. If you have questions about anything they will answer them. Very knowledgeable staff.

Best in the Biz!

I only hear people say how awesome this shop is... staff with tons of knowledge that are very helpful, great products, good locations, awesome manager that really cares about his customers... I would recommend this shop to anybody looking for the Best in the Biz!

I went down to Urban Garden and got the BEST customer service from the guys out there, i've been going there since 01/09 - 02/09 and the manager answers all my questions and orders everything i needed to get my garden going. The workers are always on top of what i need and help me with whatever i need taken out to my car.

I Love Urban Garden Supplies!!!!

Wow, I have Finally found a shop in the Valley that is amazing. Tay, the manager of the store spent 3 hours with me helping me with a new set-up and took care of me better than the other stores i was in last week. I was impressed with his product knowledge and his customer service. Thanks, Tay

Best Hydro Shop Hands Down

I went to Urban Garden as a first time customer looking to set up my first project. When I walked into the store it was clean and very....upscale. I am used to dumpy little shops with a few products on thrown together shelves or stacked in boxes, but they gave me the feeling that they want to make the shop as good as the can for the customer. The staff was very nice and helpful. Tay, the manager, took me through everything I needed to know step by step, and explained to me how to use and install all of my equipment. They had a very wide selection of nutrients and growing equipment, which is nice because you don't have to go all over the valley to find what you need. The other two employees were happy to help with any questions I had, and made me feel very welcome. After I got everything I needed, and after I payed, the employees offered to help me take my things to the car, which was very nice and a rarity in todays business world.



So I say if you live in the San Fernando Valley or any of the surrounding areas....Urban Garden is the shop you need to go to

Cay the manager is a Liar

I went to the store Urban Gardens, on a recommendation from a friend. I had been having problems with another supplier so I went to Urban Garden. The young man that knew my friend was helpful but since I needed more than what he was authorized for, I left with the intention of returning when the manager was there. His name is Cay. I arranged to be there when he was as I travel by bicycle and bus. I went and Cay was able to help me. I voiced the problems I had had with my previous supplier and was assured I would not have any problems. I was unable to purchase one last item and told Cay I would return to get the item and would he please not sell it out from under me. He said to call in advance and he would make sure it was there and so was he as he is the only one able to enter the discount I was given. I did what I was asked to do and when I showed up at the store, Cay was not there AS HE PROMISED HE WOULD BE. I should have left but decided to push on as I did not want to have to find ANOTHER supplier. I was not given the price I was quoted as the person would be fired if he did. (his words, not mine) So I paid MORE than I was quoted. I felt as though I was nothing but an insignificant customer. I told the young man who originally helped me, that I would NEVER RETURN and would he please tell his manager. The employee was helpful.

I simply could not believe that after telling Cay my problem, the fact I ride a bike, and the fact IT WAS RAINING the day I rode my bike to his store when he was not there. Needless to say I am very angry wih Cay and will do everything in my power to warn others that they will get a bait and swith type tactic. I WAS PROMISED 15% AND DID NOT GET IT WHEN I SHOWED UP> THIS IS THE EQUAL OF THEFT IN MY BOOK. I shouold have not made my final purchase of 180.00, but did not want the hassle.



To add insult to injury, there was not even so much as "sorry" even though an apology was in order.



Good Luck on your Hydro shopping! But not here unless you have no choice
