The idea is a good one but not perfected. Not only did not one of the buy 2 get the third one free keys work, I was charged for all three keys. I also never received a receipt at the time or by email either. Now...waiting for a return call & credit. The machine used the wrong key plate. Hoping for my money back & will chalk it up to ahead of it's time.
