RUDE RUDE RUDE! I have never been treated so disrespectfully by a business. These people treated my dog poorly and then treated me rudely. I feel terrible that I subjected my dog to these people, but never again. When I told the owner that we would never return, she didn't even care, just told me to pay her. She didn't even apologize, but just the opposite, becoming even more ill-mannered. SIMPLY DREADFUL.
