Each session was 8 paddles placed on my belly for the laser treatment which lasted 15 minutes; followed by 10 minutes on a whole body vibrating machine. Jiggle city! Not painful though. It was so fast, hour over and done, and didnt hurt a bit. I lived life as usual, and it worked for me. I lost 7lbs in 6 sessions. I lost 2 inches from my hips, 1 inch on the navel, and inch from my waist. 3 in all. I was surprised how thirsty I got after the sessions. Before the jiggle machine I hadnt done anything in years. I got encouraged and did some gardening and went for a walk or two. I wanted to, which surprised me as much as actually doing it. I have trouble over eating, but was able to cut out some snacks after dinner, especially. And it didnt seem that hard to do. Maybe I can do it again and loose more.
