There is nothing on the internet stating what time your office opens or closes.

I recently applied with AccuStaff. The office staff was kind and listed to my request. I went to other agencies in town and they were not helpful or kind. It did take them a while to find me a position but I stayed in contact with them and they helped me out. When I called I never felt I was bothering them.
