Extremely poor customer service. Argumentative, rude and impolite. Sorry I ever walked in their front door. Would never recommend them to anyone who expect to be treated with the respect every customer deserves. Apparently, expecting equipment to be repaired correctly the first time... or second time.. or third time you had to drag it in there for them to figure out what they missed all the other times they "worked" on it. Oh yeah, and expecting them to be open on Saturday when their sign in the window clearly states their hours... well, gee.... "it must have been slow, so they left". Pick another place, any other place for repair service.
