I have used many vets, but Dr. Fish saved my dog's life 9 years ago and have went to him ever since with alot of friends I have recommended over they years. I have 6 dogs and they go every year for check ups, bloods when old, dental, and various other problems that arise in time. All my dogs he mirco chipped to I can always be found if they ever get lost! He has been very good and has done so much. I love his staff and they love seeing my dogs come in for check ups. For the other review, red paws, go to a speciality hospital with an allergy doctor and $1,000 to $2,000 later you will find out from what! That's what I did! He's a vet not god!!! If your animal could talk and you would spend some money and go for 1 dinner less, you could do what's right for your pet! I see too many people sitting and trying to save a buck instead of their pet-their best friend and then there are people like me ..... do whatever to treat them! Those people love theri pets and make the job easier for the vet

As a rescuer saving hundreds a year, without Dr. Fish I couldn't do it. I recommend him to so many people unable to afford their vets and the animal goes without care. He is extremely reasonable and does whatever is necessary not to increase your costs since he is not out for the buck! I have never gotten back a bad comment from anyone I have sent. They have been somewhere else and they stay with him just as I. Many of my pets have no history and are very sick. The staff has always looked out for them and cared for them till they are ready to pick up. He has never done tests that are not necessary but if he recommends, please do it. I see many complain they have no money. Do out to dinner less and stop the cell calls to pay for your family member-your pet! I could not do what I do if I didn't use this vet office. He has saved so many and still when it looked bleak, he tried anyway! If my rescues could just tell him what hurts or what's wrong would make his job alot easier! He's my # 1

Dr. Fish is a very knowledgable vet. He is able to diagnose, treat and care for the animals better than any vet that I have used to care for my pets and I like that he has pets in his office. This shows he cares.

I had to take my dog Lady to the vet because she had to get her shots she also had a bump on her neck and some redness in her paws so i go the Animal Clinic Of Woohaven...The staff is so unfriendly and the doctor is even worse when i finally get called for Lady to get seen he brings me into the room and i pick Lady up and put her on the table he looked at her so quickly gave her a shot handed me some medicine and sent me to the cashier nothing was explained to me at all...I had to ask the cashier what was wrong with her when she finally gets a hold of the doctor he says its only a pimple i still didn't get any answer on her paws. i would not recommend this vet to anyone i suggest to go anywhere else this vet is so unexperienced and it seems like he don't even like animals

I took my dog to get spayed at the animal clinic of woodhaven. The staff is unfriendly and they did not seem to know much about animals. I am not sure they were actually vet technicians at all. When I went to pick up my dog they brought out a dog that was not mine and proceeded to ask me if "I was sure" that it wasn't my dog. Like I didn't know what my dog looked like. They had given my dog to someone else from the north shore animal league. She was on her way to go be adopted!! When they brought her back to me they proceeded to tell me that the dogs looked alike and that it was a honest mix up. The animals are not labeled so there is no way or differentiating between pets. As a animal clinic that has been in business for awhile you would think they were have a way to organize the patients. It was a terrible experience and I ended up taking my dog to another vet to check on whether she was spayed properly since they don't really seem to know what they are doing at this place....
