Great Credit Union. They are always pleasant when i come in... They always answer my questions with out being annoyed. I ask the same ones over and over...lol

They changed their name some time ago and don't seem to advertise or tell you what the email address is to visit online to check your account. It's not on the receipt they give you either.

The people that work inside are not very friendly and all seem to be very young . . . other places surely would treat me better and be glad for my business.

I hate this credit union. I use to have an account with them and finally closed it out. The tellers are rude and treat you like crap. They act like they are pissed you walked in the door. I asked one of the tellers about loan rates and she told me she didn't know their rates.. and that was it. What kind of credit union would not make sure their tellers know the loan rates?? After all that is where they make most of thier money. She didn't even try to find out for me she just sat there staring at me.



The fees at this place are ridiculous. They will not do anything to work with you on it either.





Another time I walked in and stood in the lobby for at least 4 minutes while the tellers sat there and talked to each other. Finally, one of the girls rolled her eyes and went to her window to help me. This made me feel so uncomfortable being in there. She didn't even say a word to me, just did my transaction and turned around and started talking again.



They are so rude and do not appreciate their customers. Do not join this credit union!!
