not sure if anyone experienced this. i really needed an test done. called and. got transferred around..a lot. person out to lunch.. this that. then finally got someone who told me to see one of their docs..they didnt seem to be interested in taking outside referrals. then told me i need a prior auth, I am sure they knew it didn't , its minor diag that never needs a prior auth. few days later after calling my doctor and insurance i confirmed that it didnt. then i called kept getting the machine, left many voice mail for an appt. never got a call back. horrible experience. very poor service. patient care come last. stay away from this place.
