I've been ordering from World Class Ink for years and have been very satisfied until my last order. They sent refills that were empty. I too emailed them 3 times with no response. I won't bother calling based on the other reviewer's experience. They've lost me as a customer and also others who I will alert to this and those that I would have referred to them but won't now....a fair number.

We ordered two items, printer toner and Image Drum. They sent one item, but did not send Image Drum. There is no letter or indication if it is back order or when to expect. We contacted them three times through email and phone message. Now it is 10days after we place order. There is no reply or no indication. We can not print. We even can not request refund. Do not order with World Class Ink. They are irresponsible company.

I ordered my ink 10 days ago and have heard nothing about it. I tried to track the order, but no tracking is available. I am totally out of ink for my printer now. I, too, will never buy ink from this company again. I cannot believe they call this customer service.

I found the price for my cartridge with this vendor was a little better then most, but the speed of getting the cartridge was more important to me. The shipping description said the cartridge would be "shipped immediately." My location was close enough I should receive it in the 3 days that I needed it. It took two days before it could be tracked and showed initial shipment on that date. This proves that their claim of immediate shipment cannot be relied upon and can lead a person to wonder what else is doubtful. I will never order from them again.
