Established in 1979, Woodbury Health Care Center offers personalized nursing and short- and long-term memory care services for senior citizens. It features an assisted living unit, which is a 20-plus-bed facility that provides 24-hour supervision, case management, laundry, housekeeping, dietary and medication assistance services. Woodbury Health Care Center also features a transitional care unit with an on-site beauty shop, activity room and private rooms. Its transitional care unit offers postsurgical care services and physical, occupational and speech therapies.
