Our Practice Philosophy: *Our therapy services are based on a "systems" approach. What this means is that problems and solutions are often understood in the context of certain larger systems (such as the immediate or extended family) that influence the client's life. *Experience shows that the best therapy identifies and works with the client's personal strengths, beliefs and untapped resources. In so doing, change is achieved in a way that reflects the client's motivations and efforts, that encourages greater self-reliance in responding to future challenges, and that is most likely to endure over time. *We offer a wide range of expertise and training. Treatment modalities include: *Individual Therapy *Couples Therapy *Family Therapy *Hypnotherapy *Critical Incident Stress Management *Psychological Assessments. In addition, we coordinate treatment with psychiatrists and primary care practitioners who prescribe and monitor medications as appropriate. *Day & Evening Appointment s * Most Insurances Accepted
