Just got our propane gas fireplace installed yesterday. ABSOLUTELY INCREDIABLE! Rich and John are so knowledgable about brands, sizing, efficiency, value, etc. Guided us to pick the perfect stove and were SO patient with me, answering all my questions and educating us on very important safety features.

Rich and Johns came out to install a Regency Alterra stove insert. They did a great job. Best prices around. They showed me proof of insurance, work mans comp, and license before they did the job. The technicians were very helpful and knowledgeable. My experience with them was a positive one.
Stopped in to check out Rich & John's store and they were very helpful with explaining my options for a stove!
Rich and John's came to clean our chimney two weeks ago
The staff arrived on time, explained the process and did an overall wonderful job!!! Everything was left sparkling and the workers were extremely polite and kind. I would recommend Rich and John's complete chimney Service to all!!
Rich & John's recently serviced my chimney. I needed a new liner and some mason work. The other company I called Mr. Chimney showed me a liner that was not at all durable. Rich & John's uses much better durable material and their mason did a really good job. The employees did an excellent job. I know have them doing work on my son Bob's house. I am on the Board of my Chamber of Commerce and have started recommended them to others.
Rich and John's installed a liner and cap and fixed the stucco on my chimney. They took the time to explain what was needed and why. They explained the types of materials they were using and how to maintain it. The owner told me what to look for when using a chimney company including certification requirements and licenses which he had immediately available. His employees were clean and respectful and the wwork started on-time as promised. I will definately use them in the future and recommend them to anyone needing work done.
I don't know what these other reviews are about but I have never had a better experience with a contractor than I did with rich and johns they were the only company to take the time to explain what was even wrong with my chimney ....I did need a liner and not only did they pull a permit the owner came when it was inspected and guess what it passed!!! I am very happy with this company's work I would use them again
had rich&johns do a chimney liner and custom cap for me. I did some checking up on them, and found some bad reviews only here. these guys a A grade in BBB and Angies list. Not sure who wrote these reviews, but one was left by Chimney Lady??? Anyway, great job, good price, pulled permit for job, and passed. not one other contractor told me that I had to pull a permit. Will use them again. ......Dan
