The Center for Connection, Healing and Change offers individual, couple and family therapy services. We specialize in the promotion of secure and connected relationships, both to ourselves and our most important others. We focus on relationships as the foundation of self-worth and emotional well-being for all family members. In addition to evidenced-based psychotherapy, we also offer the timeless wisdom of body-focused and alternative health practices, such as Meditation, Mindfulness, Yoga, Massage and Yoga. Our therapists support clients to identify the ways that relationship experiences shape their self worth, beliefs, communication style, behavior, and emotional functioning. We believe that when people reach out for help, they want to know their guide has a clear map. At CCHC, our therapists invest in ongoing professional development relevant to their specialty. Each staff member has a different specialty/clinical focus allowing us to work with: couple and family relationship distress, conflict, infidelity, codependency, pre- and post-natal issues, baby bonding, depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, abuse, grief, illness, and anger management. Our services include: Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Family therapy, Pre-marital Counseling, Sex Therapy, Play Therapy, Child and Adolescent Therapy, and Infant-Family Bonding/Support.
