HORRIBLE customer service!!!

I ordered flowers for my mom for her birthday. What a waste money! The flowers where delivered a day early and left on my mothers porch in the middle of July! So she received wilted flowers a day early. I called to complain and 1800flowers told me they would refund my money and apologized. About an hour later I get a call from the owner of Micheals flowers demanding he pick the flowers up from my mother because 1800flowers cancelled the order. I told him that was not acceptable the flowers where a gift to her. He continued to it me off as I would try to speak. He informed me I should not use 1800flowers next te I should call micheals directly. Well I will NEVER be using Micheals so he can forget my business. The owner was arrogant and must not need business because his "customer service" was one star! What a nightmare!!!!!!

Delivery service

Called shop to let them know that they delivery was at the wrong house. They cop an attitude with me in reference to me not wanting to take it to an address I didn't know or comfortable with taking to the correct address. I just know not to use them as a future possible customer. I will not use them or suggest anyone else using them because the customer is not their number one concern.

After I picked out an arrangem...

After I picked out an arrangement from their website and then picked up at the shop, I was very disappointed that it didn't look anything like the picture on their website. And while I understand not it may not be exact, it should be pretty close, especially for these prices, and they really didn't seem to care--this is what we have, like it or leave it attitude. Will look elsewhere next time.

Awful job!!

I had Michaels do my wedding flowers (silk) and they promised they would be ready weeks before the wedding. I had brought in pictures of what I wanted and what they created did not look at all like what I had asked for. They did not have the arrangements ready until the day before and what they created looked pretty cheap but I was charged 1600.00. I was so upset. I called to talk to the guy that did the work and he was very unpleasant, I said the arrangements were not at all what I had asked for (for example I asked for glass vases and he gave me hunter green tins) he snapped that what he gave me was more expensive than glass (but I specifically asked for glass so why not give me glass?). The table arrangements embarrassed me and I will never forget that. When I got them to the reception hall my fiancee seriously asked if I had decided to get the flowers at the Dollar Store - that says it all. Then when I recently had my first son a relative sent me a very tacky chia pet looking arrangement. She arrived at the hospital and was really embarrassed at what had arrived she said she asked for a nice arrangement appropriate for a baby's birth and she had been charged over 75.00. She specifically used the word embarrassed. When looked at the card, guess who the florist was? Michael's!

Really poor job 2X

I had Michaels do my flower arrangements for my wedding. I brought photos of what I wanted. I was told they would be ready weeks before my wedding (silk flowers) and they were not ready until the day before. In truth, I think they forgot about the order because I requested glass vases and the vases were all cheap-looking tin. They also put two of the big arrangements in two paper machete type vases with big crosses on them although they never asked what faith we were. When I complained the arranger snapped that the materials he used were more expensive than what I wanted (so what? Just give me what I asked for). They charged me 1600.00. My husband asked me if I bought them at the dollar store! Ironically, when I had my first child recently, a relative sent flowers and when she arrived at the hospital she was embarrassed by what was delivered (looked like a chia pet). She had paid a lot for the order and when I looked at the card, it was Michael's again. Save your money, trust me and go elsewhere!
