We hired Juan to help us "stage" our townhouse in preparation for putting it on the market. He did quite a bit of painting, as well as replaced several faucets, fixed a leaking toilet, repaired a closet rack, and hung a 50" TV on the wall. He even hooked us up with a carpeting contractor... All of the work performed was very high quality, and the prices were reasonable. Juan is very professional and friendy, and he's also quite knowledgable about home improvement (he should start his own HGTV show!)... I would highly recommend Juan!

I hired the company to do exterior painting and bathroom repair for one of my rentals. They did a very good job, and I didn't even need to be there. Great work and will use them again in the future.

Juan is a contractor who actually shows up on time and meets deadlines, a rarity for contractors. He really cares and listens, and goes out of his way to make sure the work is done write and that you are happy with the finished project. J-O repaved my patio for less then other contractors and finished the job in 2 days when other contracts said it would take more then a week. He did such a good job my neighbors hired him.
