They provided an estimate and collected a deposit based on the estimate. After collecting the estimate they increased the price by charging an additional fee. Additionally they said they were giving a discount due to poor customer service experienced at their office. When the final accounting arrived no discount above their "normal" rate was given. Bait and switch!

They have a great selection and the best price I could find anywhere. Their faucets are on the cheap side and I would recommend buying those items somewhere else. But I paid half of what most other granite places charge. Just make sure you inspect your granite piece on site before installation to make sure the edges are all polished nicely and sealed. Worth the extra trip to safe so much money!
