He said that his FedEx rate is same as other FedEx locations. After the transaction of $23, we figured out that we were overcharged almost $10 for a package which is supposed to cost us only $13.36 from other FedEx locations. We came back next day and asked him a refund, he said that his price is different from other Fedex locations. He did not tell the true in first place to us, so he would do the same to you. So, we would inform you that if you send a package, go to other FedEx Kinko or do it online. Do not go to this FedEx location ! The commission fee you have to pay here to ridiculously high. $10 commission for shipping a package which is supposed to cost $13.36 for shipping. The most important, the service person here did not tell the true or clear about the business to his customers. It happened to us, it will happens to you.
