In 8/2006, they installed a replacement garage door at my home. The garage door, in my opinion, was of extremely high quality. However, the springs which generally last 15-20 years broke and needed to be replaced. When I rechecked the warranty, I discovered that they were covered for only 3 years as opposed to the usual 5.
