Very professional. They came to my home immediately aftter I contacted them requesting an estimate. They provided reasonable options regarding the course that I could take regarding my damaged tree. The work was quickly, I would definitely consider using them in the future.

Recently I had a Large tree( 50+ feet) start to topple over. I called Connor's Tree Service and Mr. Connor came oven that day. The tree was quickly secured and I spoke to him about not only removing the one tree that was about to fall over, but several other trees. We agreed on a price and a couple of days later, all the trees were removed There were a couple of things that I really appreciated when working with Mr. Connor. When he came to my house, one of the first things he did was give me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance coverage. This helped to put my mind at ease. He secured the problem tree very quickly and gave me an estimate that I felt was fair for all the work I was requesting. The work was done when he said it would be and at the price quoted ( there were no hidden charges ) . All of my dealings with Connor Tree Service were professional and very courteous. If I ever need more tree work done I know all I have to do is call Connor's.

These guys are fantastic! Mr. Connor returned my call right away and we scheduled an appointment for an estimate for that evening. He and his crew were professional, courteous and they know their craft! They showed up promptly at 8 AM and worked until they ran out of day light. They treated my property with respect, consideration, and were extremely efficient. I'll be sure to let all of my neighbors know what a great job they did for me. The best part is that they are a local, family owned and operated business and I prefer to support local business in my neighborhood community.

Maybe the lady who answered the phone was in a bad mood, but she was rude and asked me to go elsewhere for service. If this is indicative of their approach to customer service - be warned.‎
