Bad experience with Heather the manager. Closed the doors on me at 8:59 when I had already ordered and paid for the part online. I had even called to confirm they had the part and told her I was a mile away and would be right there. Refused to let me in. Left my son without a car for two days. Perhaps she should attend some customer service training.

Just got my part the other stores didn't stock but could get it in a day or two. They had it on the shelf. They reserved it and it was there for me to pick up.

So I was just there. Their manager "Jeanette" gave me horrible service. I purchased a gasket, she guaranteed it would be what I need, if not I return it. The part was incorrect and I came back with my receipt, the part, and a bag I had put it in. She then told me it was not returnable because it was not in the original packaging. She got an attitude at me also and just pointed at a sign that was hidden in the store. I wish for her to be fired honestly.
