Normally good service but today a new person gave my dog a nail trim and cut four nails on type same paw. They couldnt get the bleeding to stop and then had the nerve to tell me that the dog didn't feel a thing because she didn't try to get away or bite the person doing her nails. Really disappointed in their lack of professionalism. They didn't even apologize!
