Had a problem with my dated fedder's A.C this year. Air was not coming out cold, so I had technician look at it formerly from different company. Although I feel he tried his best to correct the problem, it was to no avail. The compressor would not run. So thinking this is not going to be good having my option explained to me as in replacing the entire condensing unit. Expensive indeed! Not to mention the unbearable heat and having it replaced in friendly time frame. I decided to have a second opinion. This time with a smaller, but more reputable company, Legend Air co. Best decision. Not only was the tech promptly on arrival of opening window time slot, he had an agenda of getting first things done first. Which in this case was sorting the wiring more properly and eliminating one that was not necessary. The experienced tech, (Ron) knew exactly what he was looking at in my dated Fedder's unit. He went through a process of elimination and found the culprit. Now I have cold air. Awesome!!

Had worry free contract for a long time but never needed it. I finally needed it because my hot-water baseboard heat wasn't working in my upstairs zone. I was sent 4 technicians over a period of 3 months all winter and the problem was never fixed. All winter I suffered. I had enough of the idiots and asked a friend if they knew anyone and they said Legend Air was the best. I took their word for it and called them. Was the best thing that could have happened. Technician called when he was on his way and arrived on time. He fixed it in 10 mins and did maintenance on it. Only cost me 125$. Over the past 5 years with the Worry Free contract I spent 300$ and what do I get? 4 incompetent technicians who make me suffer all winter long. Wish I got in touch of Legend Air sooner.
