I hate to even give one star. I have been a customer for over twenty years, never complained, always paid on time. Last year, I brought in a pair of pants and when I got them back, they had shrunk. Ted's thought of every excuse under the sun to not take responsibility for these pants. After trying for more than a year to get some satisfaction, I was finally told outright to return the pants to the manufacturer. They were not brand new pants and they had been successfully dry cleaned, out of state, several times before. I will now bring my clothes to another cleaner. I cannot patronize a business that does not stand behind its work. At Ted's, the customer is obviously never right. Do yourself a favor and take your clothes elsewhere before the same fate befalls you. There are too many cleaners around to go to one that does not care about its customers.
