I had hired this company for managed services and was told they were 24/7. Try to get a hold of them after 8pm. I let that go by and gave them another chance and I was appalled at the way they do business. I overheard them talking terribly about customers and when I left, the next time I called (during the day) their customer service was horrendous. I ended leaving this company and went to win close by and I now have 24/7 monitoring and all that I was promised.
