My brother and I just met with Paul from the funeral home; he actually came to our house since my mother is currently home on hospice. She insisted I "give the kind gentleman good reviews" while I sit here with her, she really liked him. In the midst of our panic and confusion, Paul laid out all our options clearly and somehow found a way to reassure us that we were in good hands. He explained how certain forms should be in place before she passes and how we can keep the price down - something the other funeral homes I called really didn't want to talk about, plus Paul really doesn't seem like the pushy salesmen type either (huge bonus!). In the worst time of my life he was able to help me understand clearly so I could at least try to function normally. I also heard from other families that this funeral home does the best work by far which really drove me to go with them.
