Upon recommendation from a neighbor we contracted Kerner heating & cooling to replace our heater and a/c units which had been damaged from storm Sandy. Being a bit of a perfectionist and also self-employed I wanted the job done quickly, professionally and the way I would have done it myself. Joe is the man. Very pleased with his promptness, installation and clean up. Would definitely and highly recommend his services to anyone needing any repairs.

Joe Kerner provides excellent quality service. He is very knowledgeable and comes when he promises. I have had Mr. Kerner service and repair my heater,air conditioner , install a sump pump and install an attic floor and stairway. He stays on the job until it is completed.

Joe Kerner is from the Old School. He knows only one way to do a job, the right way. Joe is thorough and does the job as if he were doing it in his own home. He spends the time necessary to make sure that his customer gets exactly what they asked him to do. When Joe says he is going to do something, you can count on him to do it. He is honest and straightforward. He did a complete heating and cooling system in my house in Tuckahoe. The end product is fantastic. I would recommend Joe Kerner to anyone interested in getting a good job done at their house.
