For guests visiting McMennamin's Edgefield, but who want their own bathroom and a short walk to the campus, the TraveLodge on 238th and Frontage is the perfect location! It was the perfect accomodation for a quick trip to Edgefield.

Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Front desk person was very friendly. I asked for a late check out and they were totally fine with out. Slept really well. I went down to the free hotel reception in the restaurant/lounge and had a really good time. I met some of the other guests and sat with them at the bar talking for a while. Great way to pass the time. Really friendly staff in the lounge. Checkout was fast and easy.

When I got back from a long day, the housekeeper had my bed made, the floor vacuumed, and the bedside lights on so that I did not walk into a dark room. The front desk staff answered my questions and they always has a friendly smile at the start and end of the day.

The Travelodge at Troutdale, Oregon is always a great place for me to stay. I have used this motel for the past 20 years everytime I come to the Portland area. All of the people here are always very nice and very helpful. The rooms are always clean, the people are always very nice and helpful, and the rates are very reasonable.

Wonderful place to stay. Close to the Dalles, close to the 205 to go to Seattle, close to Pdx Airport a d close to Dow town Portland. Shari showed outstanding customer service, very clean place to stay. Nice continental breakfast. Would consider coming back again soon!

Better landscaping than usual, great location just N of I-84, refrigerator, microwave, lotion, and shampoo, nice vanity, bathtub, good TV with plenty of stations, good bed, breakfast (orange and grape juices, pastries, waffles, cereal, bread, hard boiled eggs, etc I was concerned about being next to the bar due to noise since they had a live singer who was loud but it is well soundproofed from motel rooms...at least in my area. Decent price since Portland area is very expensive in general

Quality is hard to measure, quantify, analyze. I know it when I see it The owners of this gem have applied their special sauce to bring back a blast for the past. I was moved by the hard work they have put into making this gem. The staff took care of me in such a way that I will always be in their debt. Family is the only word I could use to describe how I felt. I was raised in the Midwest. My family has a farm there still. I stayed an extra night so I could get some more. Please help them grow. I can't wait to see what the future holds for them.

We were able to get a comfortable room; nice layout. Good coffee and breakfast. Saabi (?) was a great staff member, extremely helpful and professional.

Decent inexpensive lodging outside of Portland near I-84. We were a little bit leery at first because there's a bar in front. (I had a bad experience with a hotel with a hot night spot before), but we just asked for a room away from the bar. Turned out the bar was really pretty mellow and an adjunct to an okay pizza place, for which Travelodge gives you coupons when you stay overnight. Except for some occasional traffic noise from hot shots with loud mufflers, the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The comforter had a cotton cover (always nice) and the cooling unit worked perfectly. Room includes a nice fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. Can't complain.

The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the warm breakfast had many options (even blueberry waffles) and I was very satisfied.

For the price it's really a bargain! They give you satellite TV pretty awesome since I don't have cable. Worth the stay

We stayed at Travelodge for two nights to attend a wedding in the area. Upon check-in, the front desk clerk was courteous and informative. We proceeded to our room and were pleasantly surprised! The room had a flat screen TV, microwave, mini refrigerator and updated furnishings. We found the complimentary breakfast with waffles, breakfast sandwiches, pastries, juice, etc. We would stay here again in the future if we were in the area!

My husband and I live full-time in our motorhome, which was in for repair. We had to stay overnight at a hotel. It is a very clean hotel, newly remodeled, now owned by Wyndam Resorts. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind. We ate in the Bronx Eatery and it was excellent. We would stay here again.

I needed a place to stay for a night and found a good deal with decent reviews for this place, so I tried it out. I checked in late last night. The girl at the front desk was super nice and friendly and she was very helpful answering my questions. She gave me the key to my room and I took my stuff over. Room was clean and comfortable. Coffee pot, soap and all the extra little things you need. Location is good.
