My previous experience with Double D was not the greatest, mainly due to lack of communication. We have since hired them (Dean) to install a shower faucet in our basement in a bathroom we had put in. Did most of the work ourselves, but did not feel comfortable installing the shower valve. Dean came over within a couple days to look at it and got us on the schedule within 2 days and came over and did the work himself. Everything looks and works great. Dean also followed up and asked us to call if we have any problems. Thank you.

business does a good job when working however it depends on what you job is because they will commit to doing a job and then not show up to finish it. great for new work but not so great for repairs
