Reviews
Not sure why there is a poor review here. But I have lived in Georgetown since 2012 and have had zero issues with the HOA. During snowy months they have been out in the middle of the night plowing and shoveling ensuring the sidewalks and parking lots are plowed before the beginning of each day. Other town homes in Wood Dale have HOA fees just as greater as ours without a pool or club house. They do landscaping and mowing twice a week in the spring, summer and fall. The pool hours have changed as of last year. They are now open daily from 12-5 then again from 6-8 for night swimming. They are currently re facing each unit and adding new siding and pillars and I must say it looks amazing, Cant wait until its finished. Georgetown is a great place to live, and you cannot beat a town that has a great community and a major upkeep on their town. A plus Wood Dale/Georgetown!
Very terrible place to be. Association was at $135 here 10 years ago now association charges $215 for nothing. I plow my own snow because the service doesn't get done when it should I put down my own salt so my family and neighbors don't slip and fall. My fence is broken and they don't fix it. Eggs were thrown and my siding and windows and they told me to clean it or pay them to clean it, when in reality they are suppose to take care of the outside of the house. Pool times are cut down. Kids can't play ball in the open area called "the circle". I highly recommend not living here.
