I have been in elderly care for 15 years. I've worked in home health, private care and Assisted livings. I have been employed at Young at Heart for 6 months now. This place is by far the best place I have worked at yet. The home like setting is great. The residents love it. They have daily activities,outings, snacks and the meals are tasty and healthy. The owner has been an R.N for over 30 yrs. She has much knowledge and cares deeply for her residents. She spoils them, and that's great! It's always spotless and does not have an odor like a lot of the other facilities I have worked at do. I can't say enough good things about this place. I always look forward to coming to work. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone.
