      Shebeen is on the cutting edge of experimenting and creating ALL sorts of FUN concoctions from a cucumber wasabi to NEW England Ipa's. We've Also brewed some amazing traditional style beers like a polish Pilsner for 2 professional soccer teams. We have some amazing and loyal patrons including OUR "brat pack" of volunteers. Staff and employees that make the brewery RUN on a daily basis. We package and sell beer to GO in OUR 13 TAP BAR along with crazy cock cider and select wines and spirits. Hungry? NO problem. We Also sell assorted cheeses. Nuts. Jerky. Sandwiches. Pretzels while YOU enjoy a flight or ONE of your favorite pints. Also ASK about OUR MUG club annual membership and HOW to rent the brewery for your next event. We are KID and PET friendly and fully handicap accessible.

      We are the first building in Wolcott at 1 Wolcott Rd located in the Sullivan Brothers Building. Make sure to park on the Waterbury side of Sullivan Brothers building and walk the path to the Tap Room near the showroom. Additional parking is in the rear on Wakelee Road. We are handicap accessible, all ages welcome if accompanied by an adult and pet friendly with outdoor seating. We sell food onsite but you are welcome to bring your own food or order from literally dozens of local restaurants in
