Honestly such honesty goes along way and the owner was that person we need nothing and wife was just hot and he did not even charge us

Consultation/Estimate: I did a ton of research and had received 8 quotes from different contractors/dealers (4 Lennox, Trane, York, Goodman). These guys were priced as good or better (much better in some cases) than anyone else. Bob also was really helpful about working through the project and figuring out the best setup for my house. He may not be as "slick talking" as other guys, but he knows his stuff and it was nice that he wasn't pushy and wanted to take the time to look at my house. He really wanted to make sure that everything he was suggesting would work and try to organize it how he would want it in his home.



Installation: We had Richie, Mark, and Scott working on the house. They really took the time to do things right and used quality parts. They stayed until 9 one night in order to finish up. Even though the project took quite a bit longer than they expected, they didn't let that negatively affect their work. They also were very nice and didn't seem irritated even though they had hit a couple snags due to the house. When they were assessing a couple of things, I heard them say, "that's how I'd want it in my house", and that is the general attitude I sensed from them - not cutting corners and doing the job how it should be done, even if it took a little longer or cost a little more because of the quality materials. Overall, we are very happy with the way things ended up and I am sure that had i gone with one of the other guys, it would have been either much more expensive or much lower in quality.
