I was given GREAT service. The person who helped me let me know that they were constrained by a Judge's order, not their own desires. Once a Judge granted what was due me it was processed. Yes it took my dead beat "father" months to pay, but once his accounts were seized, he learned the error of his ways. The people ate CSE were always gracious and helpful. But they are not Bounty Hunters. They are limited by Law upon what they can do. But they try their hardest, and I am grateful

The department's priority is NOT to collect money that is owed to families but rather to protect the privacy of deadbeat non-custodial parents. It took two weeks for a caseworker to return my calls and before that, I was transferred from one representative to another. Ultimately I was told that despite my ex owing almost 50K in child support arrears, they couldn't and wouldn't give me a current address to serve him. The system is a joke.

Guest28044 dor abides by state guidelines. whos to say you arent lying? happens all the time when you try to pull a fast one. so many ppl make up any excuse to get out of child support. take care of your kid and you wouldnt have to worry about dor coming after you. remember, you wouldnt have to go to court to begin with if u were doing what u were supposed to. p.s. learn how to spell. you try to sound smart but it didnt work. coupled with your inability to spell... well... get an editor/proofreader before you post something

i believe yuo need to have reform from within your dept of revenue no 3 letter gov organization should have this much abuse of power to impose sanctions wrongfully on people who have been paying their support obligation for years and wrongfully to impose such sanctions is a violation of the publics constitutional rights your dept is not nearly perfect in reguards to its accounting measures infact its ignorant to peoples rights and they can never admit they are wrong and when they cant account to such wrongful action they perjur themselves and jail people to justify their cushy jobs and positions every time elections come around the corner they round up paying or non paying customers and jail them when they cant get what they want in couurt even if the other party has documentation and payment record they choose to ignore facts and payments to dor from 20 years ago and they cant account to such amounts payed instead they make up #s and lie in front of judjes
