The owner is so helpful and knowledgeable. I walked in asking about which vacuum I should buy. He didn't have it, but he gave me names and information. I came back with the vacuum and he was so kind, he put it together for me. Good to know this business is in Woburn, so we can patronize locally instead of at the faceless big box stores.
