Birdsall Tool & Gage was established in 1970 by Ken Birdsall from his garage on Cavell Street in Livonia, Mich. Birdsall Tool & Gage designs and builds gauges, fixtures, special tools and tooling. The company s quality management system is designed to comply with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000. Its products include inspection gauging, precision tooling, commodity management, design, gauge instrumentation representation and gauge benches. The company builds to print or design and build dial/digital indicator or electronic fixture gauges, concentricity gauges, dimensional gages, gauge masters and hole location gauges to check a range of features and/or feature sizes. It also provides concept drawings and sketches with design and build quotes. The company provides blue print tools to tight tolerances for machine details, fixtures, dies, assembly, sub-assembly, robotic end of arm tooling and gauges.
