Horrible horrible horrible very unprofessional

place does everything unprofessionally. including but not limited to their pamphlets they print out for the deceased and there customer services towards the bereaved. the original owner was decent but the son (new man in charge) was more concentrated on coaching his football team than satisfying the needs of his clients.
