Winterville Elementary School offers an extensive curriculum for students in grades kindergarten through five and has been in operation for more than 100 years. The school is affiliated with the Clarke County School District and located in Winterville, Ga. It serves more then 480 students. The various subjects offered include English, language, literature, art, mathematics, science and social studies. In addition, the school provides special education, foreign language, music, fine arts and computer technology classes. It offers a variety of facilities, such as a library and a media center, computer laboratory, cafeteria and clinic. Winterville Elementary School is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and the Georgia Accrediting Commission.
