Our journey began when we, Erica Martinez-Rose and Matt Rose, met under unique circumstances—Matt was the IT support at Erica's workplace, consistently resolving her tech issues. Frustration with poor IT services led to the idea of starting their own MSP to prevent "tech rage." Initially named Intersection Technology Solutions, the company focused on IT consulting. The name and branding evolved to Tech Rage IT to better reflect our mission and resonate with clients.
