Kiddie Haven is wonderful! When my son was finally potty trained I anxiously called Miss Shelly and signed him up. As I also attended Kiddie Haven from age 2 through 9, then I also worked there at about age 16 for a summer or two. It's a fabulous place, Ms. Shaughnessey is in her 90s and she started the business with her daughter Ms. Shelly in 1971. Ms. Shaughnessey still cooks the children hot meals for lunch every day! This place is not just a business for them, they LOVE the kids as if they were their own. It's not a fancy, high tech watch your kid on video place. No, it's better, they teach the children manners and how to treat each other with love and kindness. The art projects the kids bring home, are just adorable too, so much thought and time goes into each day of planning. They also pick up elementary school kids from Brookshire & Lakemont and provide excellent care & attention for the older kids as well. A SUPER PLACE !!!!!!!!
