Kevin Murphy is a graduate of the University of Florida and holds a BS in Finance. Kevin is the managing partner of the Murphy-Owen Home Loan Team of Waterstone Mortgage. As managing partner, Kevin leads the day-to-day production of the Murphy-Owen Home Loan Team. As a top mortgage professional, Kevin does not believe in a one-size-fits-all mortgage. He believes that a mortgage is a financial instrument that needs to be tailor-made to match each client's personal and financial needs, wants, and goals. Kevin attributes much of his success to this approach along with his experience, professionalism, and extreme accessibility. Kevin joined Waterstone Mortgage in 2012, specifically on February 29.
