Clayton Stahl of Giordano Stone and Renovations, LLC signed a contract with us on May 24, 2010 to remodel the kitchen, floors and bathrooms in our condo for $7500. We paid him a deposit of $4200 to start work on our project as per the contract. In the last three months he has not showed up on a number of project start dates and meeting dates given by him. Lately he has tried to pressure us to revise the contract deliverables and price in his favor. On our demand to either complete the project as per the contract or return our deposit he has informed us that if we do not agree to his demands he will deduct 30% from the deposit. Clayton Stahl has not honored any verbal or written agreement and commitments made by him. We will advise caution when you deal with Clayton Stahl and his company.
