My roof was in desperate need for repair. I called three roofing companies based on their BBB rating. Out of the three, Fleming Brothers Roofing was the only ones who showed up and spoke to us (and the only one with an A+ rating). Mike took an hour to review our house and our needs and then made a recommendation. Within a day I had a written proposal. All the other guys just sent me a proposal based on the size of my house but not taking the time to understand what my needs were. I signed the contract and from there they did all the work with permitting and scheduling. They then knocked out the entire roof in a day and fixed other areas that I didn't even know were bad. Hired them to repair a small (5'x8'), leaking section of roof in May 2009. While doing the work, they severed the cabling for the alarm system. The system worked whithout fail for over 10 years...until the very day they tore out the old roof for replacement. When the alarm company came out to diagnose why it was not working, two cut cables fell out from inside the wall/studs. The alarm repair cost over $900.

In the past 7 months, Mike Fleming has ignored phone calls, then denied cutting cables (even though he was not on the job that day), came back out twice to 'see what we're talking about' and finally in November agreed to reimburse 1/2 of the $900 alarm expense.

It's February 2010 and he still hasn't sent a check and or returned a phone call.

Total losers.
