General Info

Daniel Bedney, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician with fellowship training in primary care sports medicine and strong ties to the Central Florida community. An honors graduate of Oakwood University in Huntsville, AL, he earned his medical degree at Loma Linda University in California prior to undertaking his residency training as part of the Florida Hospital (now AdventHealth) Family Medicine Residency Program in Winter Park. During his time at AdventHealth Winter Park, he served as a volunteer physician for the Winter Park High School football team and for the Orlando Solar Bears. He completed a fellowship in primary care sports medicine at Meharry Medical College in Nashville where he also served as a team physician for Fisk University and Tennessee State University.
