We are third party company that can evaluate a mold remediation or dry out via a moisture evaluation report with infra-red photos & validate machinery on job sites, test for a range of things including but not limited to - mold, bacteria, sewage, humidity, allergens, lead and asbestos. We also provide detailed reports and clearance tests to clients, remediation companies and insurance carriers. We offer full claim representation to the client on active & approved claims.
