I was so excited they were opening one closer to my home. The first time I went there, the drive thru wait was over 15 minutes. I am not sure what happened that day but the other drivers were looking back at each other and asking what was going on. I wanted to leave but had already placed my order. After a while, I was able to get out of the drive thru. I decided to go inside to get my order. When I asked what was going on and why were they holding up the drive thru, I received no response and no apology. Everyone looked at me as if I had two heads. I was given my order only to go home and realize it was the wrong order. I had to drive back to get the right order. Thinking that it was just a one-time thing, I went another day and saw the drive thru line was long so I went inside. The person taking the drive thru orders was the one who came to the register to take my order, to then tell me she didn?t have change to give back to me from the order I placed. I waited for almost 10 mintues before she told someone else I needed change. I was given my change back and then was not given my order. It was only after I mentioned I was waiting for my burrito that someone brought it to me. There were only two people preparing food and one person taking orders for both counter and drive thru at that moment. I think the management leaves a lot to be said as even though others have not written about it, they feel their service is slow. Thank you.
