I want to say thank you so much to Mr. Eli and Ms. Keilyn at the Phone Spot here in Dundee, Fl.
My phone had went completely dead, not even taking a charge, which had me to call my carrier. They did not concern themselves with fixing it. Their response to me was that I was eligible for an upgrade.
So I said to myself that I would take the phone to the Phone Spot here in Dundee. Upon waling in the store Ms. Keilyn was so very curteous and kind wanting to know how she can help me. I told her the problem with my phone and she said that Mr. Eli would look at it and she would let me know in about 3 to 4 hours.
Like clock work she called me and told me that my phone was ready. I asked her what was wrong with it and she explained to me that it was very simple. It had something to do with the cable charger.
They did not even charge me. I was impressed. She said if It happens again, lor if I have any more problems with it, to not hesitate to bring it back.
So I want to thank Mr. Eli and Ms. Keilyn very much. Your kindness will not go unnoticed.
Thank you guys, and I will gladly recommend you to others who are in need of their phones needing repair.
