Was sold a phone represented as having 32GB storage and a 12 megapixel camera. Discovered it only had 8GB of storage and a 5 megapixel camera. Returned the next day and asked for a refund based on this misrepresentation. Refund Denied - All Sales Final policy, period. Their line was that they have a machine that adds storage capacity via software. No physical memory installed. so this 'additional memory' does not show up in phone specs. 3 other phone dealers do not support this magic memory machine fallacy. Salespeople are pleasant and smooth but absolutely misrepresented the phone they sold me and that I am now stuck with. Buyers Beware.
