      My family stayed at the Lakmar around Halloween we had an awesome time they had a party for the all children which was very nice. The couple that manages the motel were very friendly & went out of their way to make us feel at home, when we come back to the Winter haven area we will again be staying at The Lakmar. The motel was clean, the area was a little shady looking but we were fooled it was a safe.

      I recently stayed at the Lakmar Motel for a week, the rooms were cleaned & the service was exceptional, free coffee & free daily newspaper every morning in the office where we were greeted by the manager couple, who were very nice, we will be returning to the Lakmar when we come back to Winter Haven
